Job Title

Senior QA/QC Executive – CSD & Can Line

Department

Quality Assurance & Quality Control

Experience

4–5 years (Mandatory: CSD & Can Line experience)

Qualification

Food Technology / Microbiology / Chemistry

FSSC 22000 / ISO 22000 / HACCP preferred

Role Summary

hands-on QA/QC professional

Key Responsibilities

Ensure compliance with
FSSAI, FSMS (FSSC / ISO / HACCP), GMP & GHP
Handle
end-to-end QA/QC activities
for
CSD & Can Line operations
Monitor
in-process and finished product quality
: Brix, pH, acidity, CO₂, fill height
Perform and review
can seam analysis
and packaging integrity checks
Control
CCPs, deviations, non-conformances
, and implement CAPA
Oversee
CIP, sanitation, hygiene, and microbiological monitoring
Support
production, maintenance, and new product trials
Prepare
daily quality reports, MIS, and audit documentation
Handle
audit coordination

Skills & Competencies

Strong understanding of
CSD manufacturing & can line quality
Hands-on experience in
seamer, carbonation, and packaging control
Practical knowledge of
food safety regulations (FSSAI)
Startup mindset:
ownership, adaptability, quick decision-making
Good communication and team-handling skills
