Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Quality Assurance Manager located in the Kolkata metropolitan area. The Quality Assurance Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the implementation of quality processes and procedures. This includes implementing and maintaining quality management systems, conducting quality audits, analyzing data, identifying areas for improvement, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality and customer expectations. The Quality Assurance Manager will also ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), and contributes to continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

Quality Control, Quality Assurance, and Quality Management skills

Analytical skills for evaluating product quality

Experience in Quality Management and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP)

Attention to detail and ability to maintain high quality standards

Previous experience in quality control or quality assurance roles

Knowledge of quality auditing procedures

Strong attention to detail and ability to identify quality issues

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Experience in the jewelry industry is a plus

Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Quality Management, Engineering, etc.)
