Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Quality Assurance Manager based in Vapi (Gujrat) The Quality Assurance Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the quality assurance department. Responsibilities include conducting inspections and audits, developing and implementing quality control processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and leading a team of QA professionals. The role also involves analyzing data to identify areas for improvement, coordinating with other departments to resolve quality issues, and maintaining documentation for all QA activities. Qualifications Experience in quality assurance, quality control, and regulatory compliance Proficiency in conducting inspections, audits, and developing QA processes Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and resolve quality issues Experience with data analysis and maintaining documentation Excellent written and verbal communication skills Bachelor's degree in Quality Assurance, Engineering, or related field Experience in the beauty or cosmetics industry is a plus Show more Show less
