Job Description

🚀 Hiring: QA Manager | Bangalore (Work from Office).

QA Manager

📍 Location:

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 8 QA engineers (manual + automation).
Define and implement QA strategy, test processes, and quality standards.
Collaborate with development and product teams to ensure high-quality releases.
Review and improve test automation frameworks and regression suites.
Manage test planning, execution, and defect lifecycle tracking.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across QA delivery.

Required Skills:

10–14 years in QA, with 3–5 years in a QA Manager/Lead role.
Expertise in
manual and automation testing
(Selenium, TestNG, JMeter, Postman, Cypress, etc.).
Experience with
Agile/Scrum
,
CI/CD
, and tools like Jira, Zephyr, or TestRail.
Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred:

ISTQB / CSTE certification.
Exposure to cloud, mobile, or performance testing.
