Quality Assurance Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee fabric quality control processes.
• Develop and implement quality standards and inspection processes.
• Conduct regular quality checks on incoming fabric materials.
• Coordinate with suppliers to address quality issues and ensure compliance.
• Maintain detailed records of quality metrics and fabric performance.
• Collaborate with the production team to identify and resolve quality-related issues.
• Provide training and guidance to staff on quality standards and procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering, Material Science, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in fabric quality control or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of fabric properties and quality standards.
• Experience with quality management systems and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
