Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Quality Assurance Manager located in Delhi, India. The Quality Assurance Manager will oversee and ensure the quality of construction projects by implementing effective QA procedures, conducting detailed inspections, and monitoring compliance with standards. Responsibilities include managing quality audits, identifying and resolving issues, coaching team members on quality practices, and maintaining clear documentation. The role requires close collaboration with construction teams to support seamless project execution and maintain the highest quality standards.

Qualifications

Strong understanding of Quality Assurance procedures, standards, and protocols in construction or real estate projects
Proficiency in conducting quality audits, identifying defects, and overseeing corrective actions
Solid knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements in construction and real estate
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and attention-to-detail skills
Strong communication abilities to effectively collaborate with teams and stakeholders
Leadership experience with proven skills in managing and mentoring QA teams
Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Quality Assurance, or a related field
Prior experience in managing real estate or construction projects is highly desirable
