Here are the key contributions they make: · Performance Manual Test Cases · Bug Detection and Documentation · Regression Testing · UAT and Agile Ceremonies · Test Documentation and Reporting Expectations for an INTERN Quality Assurance Executive (QA Intern Tester) · Strong English Proficiency: Ability to communicate clearly in both spoken and written English, especially for test reporting and cross-functional discussions. · Technical Background: Must be from a reputed technical institute with foundational knowledge in programming or software testing. · Understanding of QA Concepts: Familiarity with SDLC, STLC, test case design, and bug life cycle. · Manual Testing Skills: Ability to execute test cases and report defects accurately. · Basic Documentation Abilities: Prepare clear and concise reports on testing progress and findings. · Eagerness to Learn: Willingness to understand QA tools and techniques like Linear, Jira, Selenium, Excel, Postmen, Node.js & React.js (basic understanding). · Team Collaboration: Actively work with developers and testers to ensure software reliability. · Participation in Agile Meetings: Share updates on testing tasks and assist in sprint activities. Capabilities of a INTERN Quality Assurance Executive (QA Intern Tester) · Education: Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, IT, or related field from a recognized institution. · English Communication: Fluent and clear in verbal and written English. · QA Tools Familiarity: Exposure to bug tracking or test management tools (like Linear, Jira, Selenium, Excel, Postmen) is a plus. · Curiosity & Detail-Oriented Approach: Passion for quality, attention to detail, and a learner mindset. · Internship Experience: Prior internship or academic project in QA/testing (optional but preferred). · Internship Experience : Any QA/Testing certification in Manual or Automation is a plus. · Adaptability : Able to work independently as well as with teams in a dynamic environment.
