The Role:

As a Quality Assurance Executive at our company, your primary focus will be on ensuring meticulous documentation and compliance within our quality management systems. You will play a critical role in maintaining and updating quality documentation.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance processes as per GMP, ISO 9001:2015, and other relevant industry standards.
• Ensure that all products comply with regulatory and quality guidelines, including FDA, GMP, and client-specific requirements.
• Review batch manufacturing records, in-process controls, and final product testing to ensure compliance before product release.
• Conduct internal quality audits, assist in external regulatory audits, and implement corrective & preventive actions (CAPA).
• Create and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for quality processes and train employees on quality standards.
• Identify and document deviations, investigate root causes, and implement corrective actions to improve quality standards.
• Work with the QC team to ensure proper testing of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished products.
• Conduct quality audits for raw material and packaging suppliers to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Monitor customer complaints, investigate quality issues, and implement preventive actions to avoid recurrence.
• Collaborate with production and new product development teams to ensure quality in manufacturing and formulation improvements.

Required qualification and skills:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Microbiology, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in quality assurance in the cosmetics, pharmaceutical, or personal care industry.
• Strong understanding of GMP, ISO 9001:2015, regulatory standards, and quality management systems.
• Experience in audits, CAPA management, and SOP documentation.
• Knowledge of stability studies, product testing, and validation protocols.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and quality management software.
