Responsible for driving the “Control” initiative of QUALITY of STUDDED Jew -West Region wherein Process Audits; Report generations; Alignment to Vendor/KP Quality Production; Resource Planning & deployment & maintaining system for Vendor/ Karigar ratings.

• Proper monitoring of offline employees & timely

• Process audit at vendor locations for establishing process assurance.

• To initiate and focus on the quality at source (QC=QA) & elimination of obvious defects at QA & QC gate

3. Report Generation for maintaining Inspector & Vendor ratings

4. WBQ for Studded Jewellery

• Benchmark study and arrive attributes for Gold Jewellery

• Product validation and scoring on WBQ attributes
• Deployment of WBQ attribute in Studded Jewellery.
