We are committed to maintaining high standards of quality, sustainability, and innovation, with coconut shells as a primary raw material and wood serving as an additional sustainable source for activated carbon production. Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Executive to ensure that our activated carbon products meet the highest quality and regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will have a background in chemistry or chemical engineering, with hands-on experience in quality control processes, analytical testing, and documentation. This role involves close coordination with production, R&D, and lab teams to maintain consistent product quality, support audits, and drive continuous improvement across the manufacturing process. NOTE : Only individuals with hands-on experience and in-depth knowledge of activated carbon are eligible to apply Key Responsibilities: Implement and maintain QA/QC procedures and documentation in compliance with ISO and industry standards. Conduct in-process and final product inspections to ensure quality consistency. Monitor raw material quality and work closely with the procurement and production teams to address any deviations. Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure proper calibration and standardization. Conduct root cause analysis for quality issues and lead corrective/preventive actions (CAPA). Coordinate with production, R&D, and external labs for quality testing and analysis. Prepare and maintain quality records, COAs, and relevant regulatory documentation. Support internal and external audits, and ensure compliance with customer and statutory requirements. Qualifications: Educational Background: B.Sc / M.Sc in Chemistry Graduate. Experience: Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Control, preferably in activated carbon, chemical, or process industries. Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of QA/QC methodologies and analytical techniques specific to activated carbon, such as iodine number, surface area (BET), ash content, hardness, moisture, pH, etc. Familiarity with ISO 9001 and quality management systems. Hands-on experience with lab equipment and analytical instruments. Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Attention to detail with a methodical approach to testing and documentation Good communication and teamwork abilities Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks NOTE : Candidates must possess a strong understanding and hands-on experience with activated carbon, including its properties, applications, and processing techniques.
