Job Description

Key Responsibilities: 1. Technical Implementation & Development Lead the design, customization, and implementation of Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC) solutions. Develop extensions and customizations using AL, Visual Studio Code, and associated tools. Work on upgrading existing NAV systems to Business Central. Translate functional specifications into technical solutions. Build and maintain integrations between BC and other third-party systems using APIs, OData, and web services. 2. Solution Architecture Participate in requirement-gathering sessions with business users and consultants. Evaluate and suggest architectural approaches for scalable, high-performance ERP solutions. Ensure the technical feasibility of Business Central projects while maintaining alignment with Microsoft best practices. 3. Client Engagement & Consultation Act as a technical advisor to clients and stakeholders by providing guidance on system configuration, custom development, and process automation. Provide technical support and leadership during UAT, go-live, and post-implementation phases. Collaborate closely with functional consultants, project managers, and client stakeholders. 4. Documentation & Quality Assurance Create detailed technical design documents and maintain coding standards. Conduct code reviews, unit testing, and QA support. Ensure high-quality deliverables are on time and within scope. 5. Maintenance & Support Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions. Monitor system performance and offer optimizations and updates as needed. Regularly apply patches, updates, and system upgrades.
