QA Engineer (Manual + Automation)

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases (manual and automated) based on product requirements.
• Collaborate closely with Developers, Product Managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure complete test coverage.
• Identify, log, and track bugs through to resolution using bug tracking systems like JIRA.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts using tools like Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, or similar.
• Perform regression, integration, system, and performance testing across web and mobile platforms.
• Continuously improve testing strategies, frameworks, and best practices to improve product quality and team efficiency.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
• Analyze test results, provide detailed reports, and support troubleshooting during production issues.

Key Requirements:

• 4+ years

  of experience in Quality Assurance, with strong exposure to both

  Manual

  and

  Automation

  testing.
• Strong understanding of QA methodologies, life cycle, and processes.
• Hands-on experience with

  Selenium WebDriver

  ,

  TestNG/JUnit

  , and scripting in

  Java, Python, or JavaScript

  .
• Experience with

  API testing tools

  like Postman, REST Assured, or similar.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git), CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins), and bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA).
• Knowledge of testing web and mobile applications across multiple browsers and devices.
• Ability to think critically, analyze problems, and offer clear, actionable insights.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum development environments.

Nice to Have:

• Exposure to performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner).
• Knowledge of database testing (SQL).
• Experience with BDD frameworks like Cucumber.
