Job Summary:

Automation

Key Responsibilities:

•       Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using tools like Selenium, Cypress. or equivalent.

•       Perform automated regression, functional, and integration testing.

•       Analyze test results. identify bugs, and report them clearly.

•        Collaborate with developers and QA analysts to understand application functionality and create effective test plans.

•       Integrate automated tests with Cl/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, Gitlab Cl).

•       Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand-ups.

•       Ensure traceability of test cases to requirements and user stories.

•       Maintain and improve the automation testing framework.

•        Stay up to date with industry best practices and tools in automation.

Required Skills:

•        Strong knowledge of software testing lifecycle and automation tools.

•       Hands-on experience with test automation tools like:

Playwright

•     TestNG / JUnit / Mocha

•    REST-assured/ Postman for API testing

•       Good programming/scriptingskills in languages like Java, Python, JavaScript or similar.

•       Experience with version control tools like Git.

•       Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

•     Experience working with bug tracking tools like Jira
