Job Description

Senior QA Automation Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end QA automation activities, including designing and developing robust test automation frameworks.
Design and implement comprehensive test strategies in collaboration with engineering teams.
Automate UI tests using tools like
Katalon, Selenium
, or
TestNG
.
Design and execute API and web services automation strategies.
Maintain and enhance test automation frameworks to ensure stability and scalability.
Perform defect investigation and root cause analysis.
Monitor and report test execution metrics, including feature and regression test runtimes.
Ensure quality processes are followed across all stages of development and deployment.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field.
8+ years of experience
in QA automation (candidates with less experience
will not be considered
).
Deep expertise in software and database testing methodologies, including test data design and error replication.
Proficient in
web and mobile application testing
.
Strong hands-on experience with automation tools such as
Katalon, Selenium WebDriver
, and
TestNG
.
Strong programming skills in
Core Java, Advanced Java, JavaScript
, and
TypeScript
.
Familiarity with version control systems like
Git
and CI/CD tools such as
Azure DevOps
.
Experience with test management and bug tracking tools like
qTest
and
JIRA
.
Solid understanding of relational databases and SQL.
