Job Description

About The Role

We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive QA Automation Engineer with 3+ years of experience in building and executing automated test solutions. You'll work closely with development teams to ensure software quality through automated testing frameworks and continuous integration practices.

What You'll Be Doing

Design and implement automated test frameworks using Selenium with Java
Develop and maintain automation test scripts aligned with the TDD (TestNG) framework
Integrate test automation into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins
Execute end-to-end testing, including regression, smoke, and integration tests
Work across multiple environments including Windows and Linux
Build dashboards and reports to track data quality metrics and KPIs
Collaborate with development teams to understand features and technical implementations
Participate in Agile processes, sprint planning, and stand-up meetings
Mentor junior QA team members in automation techniques and best practices
Perform API testing and contribute to test data management strategies

Core Skills

3+ years of experience in Automation Testing
Proficient in Selenium, Java, and TestNG framework
Solid understanding of TDD principles and test architecture
Experience with CI/CD tools, especially Jenkins
Strong command over programming logic and scripting
Knowledge of Agile methodologies
Hands-on experience with API testing and integration validation
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Tools & Technologies

Automation Tools : Selenium, TestNG, Java
CI/CD : Jenkins
Version Control : Git
API Testing : Postman, REST Assured (or similar)
Communication Tools : Slack, Zoom, Microsoft Teams

Bonus Points

Experience in data quality automation
Knowledge of Linux OS and system-level troubleshooting
Ability to design automation dashboards
Exposure to Docker or other deployment tools
