Mission descriptionThe Quality Manager ensures that all our products, processes, and services comply with internal standards, customer requirements, and regulatory guidelines (e.g., AS9100, FAA/EASA regulations), in order to maintain safety, reliability, and performance. For Maintenance services, the Quality Manager is nominated as Compliance Monitoring Manager, except for EASA P145 for which the Company's certification is extended to Safran Electrical & Power India. The Quality Manager also leads the Continuous Improvement plan of the organization, ensures good level of Participative Innovation, facilitates benchmarks with other Group and Company's plants, ensures the best application of Group standards and referential, monitors the organization's projects roadmap. The Quality Manager acts as Risks Manager for the organization and leads the Business Continuity Plan. Key Responsibilities 1 - Quality Management System (QMS): Develop, implement, and maintain QMS in compliance with AS9100 and other aerospace standards, ensure the coherence with Group and Division procedures. Manage document control for policies, procedures, and work instructions. 2 - Compliance & Audits: Conduct internal and external audits to ensure adherence to regulatory and customer requirements. Monitor compliance with FAA/EASA and other aviation authorities in the frame of MRO activities, in close link with the Division organization. 3 - Process & Product Quality and Safety: Mentor the organization and sponsor the maturity of QRQC in every level of the organization. Maintain among the teams the good level of practice and knowledge of analysis methodologies (Ishikawa, 5W2H, 8D...). Ensure that the organization identifies and mitigates its risks related to products safety and quality through FMEA, work instructions and control plans, from the early stages of industrialization or transfer projects, in full respect with APQP. Monitor at plant level the Safety Management System 4 - Technical training and skills development Manage initial operators training and skills monitoring & renewal, stamps attribution. 5 - Supplier Quality: In charge of the first level of supplier Quality and Logistics interaction (NC, 8D, cost recovery...). Assist the company's SPM in their role if needed. 6 - Training & Leadership: Train and mentor quality team members. Promote a culture of continuous improvement across the organization. 7 - Customer & Stakeholder Interaction: Maintain close links with Division's Quality Director and his team as well as regulatory bodies when required regarding quality issues and resolutions. 8 Continuous improvement: Lead continuous improvement activities such as Participative Innovation, 5S, Kaizen, Hoshin Kanri & project management, process reviews, Lean Six Sigma deployment and certifications, Group Standards deploymentEducation: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field. Certifications: knowledge of AS/EN9100 mandatory. Third party internal auditor certification as per AS/EN9100. Experience: minimum 10 years in aerospace quality management. Skills: o Strong knowledge of aerospace regulations and standards. o Proficiency in APQP o Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills. o Proficiency in quality tools (FMEA, SPC, Six Sigma).
