Quality Analyst

Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Quality Analyst with around 6 months of hands-on experience in software testing and quality assurance. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of QA methodologies, test planning, execution, and bug tracking. Key Responsibilities: Execute test cases (manual) and analyze results. Identify, record, document thoroughly, and track bugs. Review and analyze system specifications and requirements. Collaborate with development teams to ensure consistent project execution and quality. Perform regression testing after bug fixes or feature updates. Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and review meetings. Assist in maintaining documentation related to test cases and test results. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 6 months of experience in software QA or a related role. Basic knowledge of software testing techniques and lifecycle (SDLC, STLC). Familiarity with bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Bugzilla). Understanding of web applications, APIs, and basic SQL queries. Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and documentation skills. A keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering quality software.
