We are looking for a passionate and motivated Full Stack Developer with 1 year of hands-on experience in MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) and Next.js . The ideal candidate should be eager to learn, adaptable to a fast-paced environment, and capable of developing scalable, performant web applications. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain full-stack web applications using the MERN stack and Next.js. Build responsive, user-friendly interfaces using React.js and Next.js. Implement server-side logic and RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express.js. Integrate with MongoDB for database operations. Work with SSR and SSG in Next.js for optimized web performance. Debug, test, and optimize application performance. Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other developers to deliver high-quality features. Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. Participate in code reviews and technical discussions. Required Skills: Proficiency in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js. Solid understanding of Next.js (SSR, SSG, API Routes). Knowledge of RESTful API development and integration. Familiarity with JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design. Experience using version control systems like Git. Basic understanding of deployment and hosting (e.g., Vercel, Heroku, or cloud platforms). Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
