Job Role: Quality Analyst & Trainer

Location: Lucknow & Kolkata

Salary Package: 20K-26K

Qualifications:

Education:
Any Bachelor's degree
Experience:
6 months or above of experience in compliance, with a focus on data analysis and in training and development, with a focus on process training, in
BPO (Customer Service) sector
Skills:
Strong understanding of organizational processes, workflows, and best practices

Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
Proficiency in Quality methodologies, tools, and technologies
Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate, assess and improve process and the outcomes
MS-Office & G-Suite proficiency
Collaborative, adaptable, and innovative approach to compliance and development
