Quality Analyst

We are actively hiring for Quality Analyst!!! Location- #Malad Mumbai Shift- Rotational Shifts (including #nightshifts with 5 days working and 2 rotational week offs) Immediate joiners preferred Skills Required-

• 1 year on paper experience as a QA.
• Conduct quality audits, call monitoring feedback sessions and root cause analysis to identify areas for improvement.
• Preferred US, UK BFSI, Cards and dispute domain
• Perform call calibration exercises to ensure consistency among team members' performance.
• Utilize QC tools such as 7QC.
• Six Sigma methodologies, and quality tools to drive process improvements.
• Provide feedback to team members on their performance and suggest training or coaching where necessary.
• Collaborate with the team to resolve issues related to product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service.
