Job Description

You will be working as a Quality Analyst at Pavans Group Techsoft Pvt. Ltd. located in Vadodara. Your role will involve ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of digital products by collaborating with various teams and executing comprehensive testing within a creative and fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: - Execute functional and regression testing for web, mobile, and IoT platforms. - Write, execute, and maintain test cases and related documentation. - Report bugs using structured tools like JIRA, Trello, GitHub Issues, and collaborate with developers for bug closure. - Validate UI/UX flows against design standards and user journeys. - Create test plans and strategies with a focus on manual testing, supplemented with automation where suitable. - Understand client requirements thoroughly and incorporate them into test flows. - Identify cross-platform compatibility and performance issues. - Proactively recommend improvements in testing processes and usability. - Prepare QA metrics and reports including defect density and test coverage. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science. - Minimum of 2 years of QA experience. - Proficiency in manual testing. - Understanding of mobile (iOS/Android) and web app fundamentals. - Basic knowledge of test case management tools such as JIRA and TestRail. - Knowledge of API testing (Postman, REST API), regression testing, and compatibility testing. - Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and clear documentation.,
