Quality Analyst

As a Quality Analyst at ProofHub, your main responsibility will be to go through the assigned feature description, identify testing requirements, and conduct functional testing, UI testing, and API testing. You will work closely with the reporting lead to ensure the timely delivery of allocated modules and provide feedback to team members. Additionally, you will be responsible for reviewing test cases, reporting bugs, and ensuring quality assurance before the feature release. Key Responsibilities: - Identify testing requirements by reviewing feature descriptions - Collaborate with the reporting lead to break down module/feature groups for testing - Conduct functional testing, UI testing, and API testing of assigned features - Report bugs and track them to completion - Review test cases of team members focusing on boundary testing, scenarios, performance, and load - Provide feedback in a positive manner and work within provided timeframes - Give the feature release go-ahead after testing - Provide on-time delivery of allocated modules and update the reporting lead regularly - Work closely with the reporting lead to create a growing/learning environment Qualifications Required: - 2+ years of Manual testing experience - Ability to write clear test cases - Proficiency in functional and UI testing and providing test reports - Ability to follow instructions for in-depth testing of specified areas - Knowledge of Postman/Jmeter or other testing tools (Good to have) - Exposure to live projects, web apps with medium complexity, and maintenance of code on production (Good to have) - Knowledge of sanity suite and white box testing (Good to have) ProofHub is a product-based (SaaS) company that offers continuous learning and growth opportunities.
