Quality Analyst

Location: SVS Office, Phase 8, Mohali (Punjab)

Shift : 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM India Time (Afternoon Shift)

Experience: Quality Audit (BPO/Voice Process preferred)

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Quality Auditor to help ensure process compliance and enhance

service quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Audit voice calls to ensure adherence to quality standards and client requirements.
• Prepare audit reports and provide actionable feedback to improve agent performance.
• Collaborate with teams for continuous quality improvement.
• Support internal audits and compliance with quality management systems (QMS).
• Identify gaps, recommend process improvements, and assist with training needs.

Candidate Profile:

• Experience in Quality Audit for BPO voice processes (travel/ ticketing experience is a
• plus)
• Strong analytical, communication, and process-driven skills.
• Proficient in MS Excel and quality reporting tools.
• Ability to work independently in a 3 PM – 11 PM shift.
• Customer-centric with ethical work practices.
