Job Description: Quality Assurance Auditor/Analyst Location: SVS Office Shift : 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM India Time (Afternoon Shift) Experience: Quality Audit (BPO/Voice Process preferred) We’re looking for a detail-oriented Quality Auditor to help ensure process compliance and enhance service quality. Key Responsibilities  Audit voice calls to ensure adherence to quality standards and client requirements.  Prepare audit reports and provide actionable feedback to improve agent performance.  Collaborate with teams for continuous quality improvement.  Support internal audits and compliance with quality management systems (QMS).  Identify gaps, recommend process improvements, and assist with training needs.
