Key Responsibilities

• Client Support:

  Answer inbound calls, understand and address travel queries, and assist customers in booking flight tickets—primarily for Canada–India routes.

• Flight Reservations:

  Use GDS software (Galileo/Amadeus) to search for and secure the best flight options, applying knowledge of airline code shares and optimal routes.

• After-Sales Service:

  Handle post-booking customer requests, amendments, and queries to ensure a smooth travel experience.

• Team Collaboration:

  Work closely with the team to maintain high standards of customer satisfaction through prompt and effective responses.

Requirements

• Education:

  Bachelor’s degree in Travel, Hospitality, or a related field preferred (not mandatory).

• Experience:

  Freshers welcome! Prior experience in the travel industry, travel management, reservations, or customer service is advantageous.

• Technical Skills:

  Hands-on experience with GDS software (Galileo/Amadeus) is a plus.

• Languages:

  Proficiency in

  English and Punjabi

  (mandatory).

• Other Skills:

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work night/early morning shifts.
• Genuine interest in travel and customer service.
