International Travel Consultant

You will be responsible for selling international travel packages and providing expert advice to clients on travel itineraries, visa requirements, and best travel options. You will customize travel packages for destinations across Asia, Europe, USA, Canada, and other regions. Additionally, you will upsell and cross-sell additional services such as travel insurance, airport transfers, and local experiences to enhance the travel experience for clients. Your role will also involve client relationship management, where you will ensure personalized service by offering tailored recommendations and solutions. You will be required to provide follow-up support to clients pre- and post-travel, handling queries, changes, and customer concerns to ensure customer satisfaction. Building long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat bookings and referrals will be a key aspect of your responsibilities. Furthermore, you will be expected to conduct market research, stay updated on global travel trends, visa policies, and competitor offerings. Achieving and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets, along with maintaining accurate records of bookings and sales in the CRM system, will be essential. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. Experience: - 2 to 4 years of experience in international travel consultation and sales. Skills: - Strong knowledge of international destinations such as Asia, Europe, USA, Canada, etc. - Experience with visa processes for various countries. - Excellent sales, negotiation, and communication skills. - Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho) and Microsoft Office. - Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
