International Travel Consultant

As a Sales Consultant at our dynamic team, you will be responsible for promoting and selling a range of Tanzanian travel experiences, including safaris, cultural tours, mountain treks, beach holidays, and adventure trips. Your primary focus will be on sales & promotion, client relationship management, lead generation & conversion, tour coordination & support, customer service, reporting & targets. Key Responsibilities: - Promote and sell tour packages, such as safaris, Mount Kilimanjaro treks, Zanzibar beach holidays, and cultural excursions. - Identify new business opportunities to expand the client base. - Prepare and deliver tailored travel proposals to potential clients. - Communicate effectively with clients via calls and emails, addressing inquiries and customizing packages to fit their needs. - Provide detailed information on itineraries, pricing, and travel requirements. - Maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business. - Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings through timely and professional follow-ups. - Provide post-sale support and address any travel-related issues. - Collect and analyze client feedback post-trip, addressing concerns and improving services. - Manage and report any negative feedback or issues to the relevant departments with detailed information. - Ensure a high level of client satisfaction and continuous service improvement. - Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. - Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions. Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in sales, preferably in the tourism industry. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills. - Strong ability to generate leads and close sales. - Passion for travel. - Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and customer-focused. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
