Quality Analyst

Role Overview: As a Quality Analyst at our company, you will be an essential part of the Quality Assurance team, responsible for maintaining and improving the quality of our products and services. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute test cases to ensure software quality and functionality. - Conduct manual testing, identifying and documenting defects and issues. - Collaborate with developers and QA team members to identify, reproduce, and resolve defects. - Identify, prioritize, and report defects and issues to the development team. - Perform regression, functional, integration, and usability testing on web/mobile apps. - Create and maintain detailed test case documents and reports. - Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes. - Utilize experience in both manual and automation testing methodologies and tools. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. - 1-3 years of experience in the software quality field. - Proficiency in JIRA for issue tracking and test management. - Familiarity with version control tools such as Git, GitHub, and Bitbucket. - Excellent attention to detail and ability to think from a user perspective. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with great attention to detail. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Eagerness to learn and grow in a collaborative team environment. - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks to meet project deadlines.
