Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and evaluate support interactions using

    QA tools and scorecards

  • Analyze support workflows and identify areas for improvement
  • Provide constructive feedback and coaching to enhance team performance
  • Maintain documentation and reports aligned with ITIL practices

  • Support ticketing system operations and escalate issues as needed


Skills:

  • Strong analytical and observational abilities
  • Hands-on experience with

    QA tools and scorecards

  • Familiarity with

    support workflows, ticketing systems

    , and ITIL practices
  • Prior experience in a support or service desk environment
  • Proficiency in

    Google Workspace tools

    (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Meet, etc.)
  • Exposure to Google product ecosystem (Gemini app, Notebook LLM, AppSheet, etc.)
  • Understanding of quality frameworks such as Six Sigma or COPC
  • Google Workspace Administrator certification is a strong advantage
