Looking for Early Joiners- (Immediate/15 days)

The primary responsibility of the role is to support company’s APAC Research Engagement Services team with the timely processing of internal and external email volume.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitoring the

  Research Interview (RI) email box

  and promptly

  processing emails

  during working hours.
• Creating

  Service Requests (SRs) in CRM system

  against daily outreach requests received.
• Timely completion of outreach requests within

  48 hours

  of receipt.
• Provide training and shadowing for new associates in this role.

• Provide weekly email and outreach report detailing the number of emails logged and research interviews scheduled.

Skills:

• Strong verbal and written communication

• Prior work experience in customer service ·

• Experience working across multiple time zones.

• Ability to work with cross functional teams.
