Quality Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, review, and execute test cases, test plans, and test scripts.
• Conduct functional, regression, smoke, and UAT testing.
• Identify, document, and track defects using tools like Jira, Bugzilla, or similar.
• Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and designers to ensure product quality.
• Perform API testing, UI testing, mobile testing, or web testing as required.
• Validate new features and enhancements across different environments.
• Participate in requirement analysis to understand acceptance criteria.
• Provide detailed test reports and ensure timely communication of issues.
• Support automation efforts by coordinating with automation teams, if applicable.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1–4 years of experience in Manual Testing or QA Analysis.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC processes.
• Hands-on experience with test management and bug-tracking tools.
• Basic knowledge of SQL for data validation.
• Good understanding of web technologies, browsers, and APIs.
• Ability to quickly understand business workflows and system behavior.

Good to Have

• Experience with automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, etc.).
• Knowledge of Postman, JMeter, or other API/performance testing tools.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Agile methodologies.
• Experience testing across platforms — web, mobile, and backend systems.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
