Responsibilities: Greeting Visitors and Clients: Welcome visitors and clients warmly, creating a positive first impression. Ensure all visitors sign in and are directed to the appropriate person or department. Managing Phone Calls: Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally. Redirect calls to appropriate staff members or take detailed messages when necessary. Appointment Scheduling: Manage and coordinate appointments, ensuring accurate scheduling and timely reminders. Maintain a clean and organized appointment book or scheduling software. Mail and Deliveries: Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries. Distribute mail to the appropriate departments or individuals in a timely manner. Administrative Support: Assist with various administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining office supplies. Provide support to other staff members as needed, ensuring smooth office operations. Maintaining the Reception Area: Keep the reception area tidy and presentable, ensuring all materials are up-to-date and organized. Restock brochures, forms, and other materials as necessary. Security and Access Control: Monitor and control access to the building, ensuring only authorized individuals enter. Report any suspicious activity to security personnel or management immediately. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹10,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
