We’re Hiring – Quality Analyst (Customer Service)

📍 Location: Vithalwadi (Kalyan)

What You’ll Do:

- Listen, review, and evaluate customer calls, chats, and emails to maintain our service excellence.

- Provide actionable feedback to the support team so every conversation gets better.

- Spot patterns, find gaps, and work with trainers to raise the service bar.

Maintain scorecards, reports, and process guidelines that keep us on track.

- Share insights with management to drive smarter decisions and smoother operations.

What Makes You a Great Fit:

- 1–3 years in Quality Analysis for customer service/outbound .

- Strong attention to detail (you notice the small things others miss).

- Data-driven mindset with a knack for spotting trends.

- Clear communicator who gives feedback that inspires change.

- Proficient in MS Office and comfortable working with reports.
