Role Overview:

Sales Executive (After-Sales Calling)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make

    after-sales calls

    to customers who have recently purchased Cellbell products.
  • Ensure customers are

    satisfied

    with their purchase and resolve minor queries or issues.
  • Collect

    feedback

    on product quality, delivery, and overall experience.
  • Encourage customers to share

    genuine reviews and ratings

    on online platforms.
  • Document feedback systematically and share insights with the customer support and product teams.
  • Maintain a positive, polite, and professional tone in all communications.
  • Build and maintain

    long-term relationships

    with customers to strengthen brand trust.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in

    , tele sales, or after-sales support, Sales Executive.

  • Excellent

    communication skills

  • Ability to build rapport and handle conversations with patience and empathy.
