Quality Analyst

As a QA at Marwadi Financial Services, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of products through manual testing, bug reporting, regression testing, and collaboration with development teams. Your role will also involve supporting the development and delivery of new products, maintaining test-related information, identifying process improvements, and providing product support to customers. **Key Responsibilities:** - Perform Manual Testing of Products in UAT Environment - Create and Execute Test Scripts, and Maintain Bug Records in UAT and Production Environments - Collaborate with Developers to Address Bugs and Anomalies, and Maintain Records - Conduct Regression Testing of the Full Product Daily and Provide Test Case Reports - Work with Cross-functional Teams to Ensure Timely and Budget-friendly Product Development and Delivery - Assist in Developing New Products and Enhancing Existing Ones - Record Product Defects, Provide Root Cause Analysis, and Transfer Completed Products to Support Team - Understand Business Requirements, Establish Delivery Timelines, and Maintain Product Knowledge - Identify Process Improvements and Implement Them Across the Organization - Train Team Members on Product Knowledge and Provide Customer Support **Qualifications Required:** - Any Graduate / Post Graduate in Computer Science - Minimum 2 to 4 years of experience in BFSI Domain - Proficiency in Agile Methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) - Technological work experience will be an added advantage **Additional Company Details:** Marwadi Shares and Finance Limited, established in 1992 at Rajkot, Gujarat, is a well-diversified group with interests in Financial Services, Education, and Solar Energy.
