Quality Analyst

Role & Responsibilities:

• Own a Quality Focus Area and all the features and needs in it.
• Establish and evolve formal Quality processes, ensuring that the team is using industry- accepted best practices
• Engage in discussions with cross-functional teams in coming up with better quality solutions at an organizational level
• Create and maintain Quality documentation
• Develop and execute test cases, scripts, plans and procedures (manual and automated)as per product requirements
• Log, track and close defects and bugs throughout the software development process
• Knowledge of Selenium tool, Regression testing, JIRA Smoke testing and other testing methods is preferred
• Define and analyze metrics, KPIs to efficiently track and improve progress
