What You'll Do
You will be reporting to the Director - QA. You will work from the Pune office in a hybrid shift.As a Quality Analyst (Automation Developer) brings forth a rich amalgamation of project and quality management expertise. This important role requires a harmonious collaboration with Business Management to facilitate the seamless realisation, execution of a quality framework. Mastery in this capacity demands adeptness in independent navigation across diverse business domains within a dynamic milieu.What You'll Need to be Successful
- Develop mid-complexity automation processes that are efficient, well structured, maintainable, and easy to understand.
- Understand team goals and requirements and translate these into functional and non-functional specifications.
- Participate in the high complexity automation projects and deliver excellent quality work in assigned tasks.
- Document and maintain up to date the processes and related documentation following the team requirement.
- Work with the senior team members and assist them on running and developing processes.
- Ensure quality of coded components by performing unit testing.
- Learn new methodologies, technologies, conduct the analysis and propose result and alternative solution to the senior team members.
- Managing expectation through scope, goals and deadlines, full ownership of the project.
About The Team
- You should have 3+ years of experience in process automation and related fields.
- You should have an experience in Database.
- You should have an experience of excel, macros and VBA.
- You should have an experience of Python and similar Programming Languages.
- You should have an experience in project management.
- You should be a team player and able to work with internal stakeholders.
- Having experience in RPA tools is helpful.
