Automation Test Lead Exp: 8+ years Key Responsibilities: As an Automation Test Lead, your primary responsibility is to manage the automation framework and develop and integrate automated test suites, ensuring the smooth functioning of our technology solutions across both non-functional and functional phases. Implementing innovative ideas in Automation to increase efficiency. Manage the Automation team, help the team in writing complex flows and guiding the team in the proper direction. Designing an automation framework that emphasizes usability, effectiveness, efficiency, and maintainability. Building, running, and updating automation scripts of varying complexity. Analysing system documentation to provide comprehensive feedback on testability. Utilizing testing processes and procedures such as Agile. Coordinating team, preparing reports, and submitting them to leadership on a timely basis. Experience/Skills Required: At least 8+ years hands-on experience in Automation testing. Good Communication skills Good Analytical skills Strong programming skills and expertise practical knowledge in BDD cucumber framework, Selenium, Appium, Java Work experience using BDD cucumber framework, TestNG, Selenium, Appium, Java Strong knowledge of OOPs, POM, and Page Factory concepts. This role will play a vital part in expanding our cloud offerings and helping clients optimise their IT operations.
