Quality Analyst

Job Description-

We are seeking an experienced Quality Analyst on a contract basis for 3 to 4 months to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 3 to 4 years of experience in both manual and automation testing, with strong attention to detail. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the quality of our software products by detecting issues, optimizing testing procedures, and collaborating closely with the development and product teams.

Key Responsibilities-

· Perform both manual and automated testing to detect bugs, regressions, and performance bottlenecks.

· Work collaboratively with developers, product managers, and support teams to identify and address quality concerns.

· Design and implement detailed test plans and cases to ensure complete coverage of software functionality.

· Conduct root cause analysis of defects and deliver comprehensive reports with suggestions for improvement.

· Keep abreast of the latest trends, tools, and best practices in software testing and quality assurance.

· Regularly review and refine testing strategies and workflows to boost efficiency and accuracy.

· Actively engage in Agile/Scrum activities, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications-

· Proven working experience Min 3 years in Quality Analyst.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a proven capacity to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams.

· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

· Solid experience in software QA, with a strong emphasis on both manual and automation testing practices.

· In-depth understanding of software testing principles, tools, and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, JIRA).

· Hands-on experience in test automation and scripting using languages like Python, Java, or JavaScript.

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 4 months

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
