Role Summary:

Quadient Developers

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, configure, and maintain

  Quadient Inspire Scaler workflows

  for high-volume, on-demand, and scheduled production.
• Integrate Scaler with Inspire Designer outputs and manage

  automated batch processing

  , job queues, and production triggers.
• Optimize document delivery pipelines across multiple environments (Dev, UAT, Prod).
• Work with data transformation logic, input/output monitoring, and exception handling in

  Scaler-based orchestration

  .
• Troubleshoot Scaler execution failures and coordinate with Infra/QA teams for resolution.
• Support migration and modernization efforts from DOC1 or Exstream to Quadient Inspire.
• Build scalable, modular CCM solutions using

  Designer, Automation, Content Manager, and Interactive

  alongside Scaler.
• Ensure document accuracy, compliance, and efficiency of output files (PDF, AFP, PS).
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and maintain technical documentation for Scaler-based processes.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 4+ years

  of experience in Customer Communication Management (CCM) using the

  Quadient Inspire Suite

  .

• Mandatory:

  3+ years of dedicated experience with

  Inspire Scaler

  (workflow creation, scheduling, real-time integration, error handling).
• Strong hands-on experience with:
• Inspire Designer (v10–v16)
• Inspire Automation
• Content Manager (ICM)
• Interactive (template blocks, data masters, rule-based flows)
• Expertise in

  data mapping, input/output scripting

  (XML, PowerShell, Batch).
• Proven experience in

  end-to-end CCM deployment

  using Scaler and automation engines.
• Solid understanding of

  document routing

  , barcode generation, job ID tracking, and output queuing in print or digital delivery environments.
• Comfortable working with

  SQL

  , JSON/XML data formats, and flat files.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a client-facing environment.
• Certification in Quadient Inspire (v14 or above) preferred.

Bonus Points For:

• Experience in

  cloud-based deployments

  (Azure, Cosmos DB).
• Familiarity with print formats (A3/A4, Simplex/Duplex), PostScript, and PPD configuration.
• CI/CD, scripting, or integration experience with

  Azure DevOps or Jenkins

  .
• Familiarity with

  Agile, Jira, Confluence

  , and documentation best practices.
