Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced QSR & Hospitality Trainer

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct interactive classroom and practical sessions for QSR and hospitality operations.
• Train candidates on customer service, food safety, hygiene, order management, and hospitality etiquette.
• Develop and implement training materials, session plans, and assessment tools.
• Conduct mock drills, role-plays, and scenario-based learning to simulate real-world situations.
• Provide feedback, mentorship, and performance evaluation for students.
• Collaborate with the curriculum team to continuously improve training content.
• Ensure adherence to industry standards and organizational training guidelines.

Required Experience & Skills:

• Minimum

  3–5 years of experience

  in QSR operations and hospitality industry roles.
• Previous experience in training or mentoring staff is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of customer service, operational workflows, and safety standards in QSR and hospitality.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to engage, motivate, and inspire learners.
• Knowledge of soft skills, grooming, and professional etiquette training.

Educational Qualification:

• Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or related field is preferred.
