In just 2 years, we've successfully delivered 20+ educational projects across 8,000+ schools in Northeast India, in partnership with IIT Guwahati, ITI Assam, and other local stakeholders.

Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Trainer to lead the training programs and operations in Guwahati. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing student training programs in Electronics, Robotics, AI, and 3D Printing, while also supporting curriculum development and project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage our various learning and development programs

• Design and update training curriculum for the students

• Conduct hands-on training sessions in Electronics, Robotics, AI, 3D Printing, and related technologies

• Guide students in creating innovative, real-world projects

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of training goals

• Mentor and manage junior trainers or team members

Desired Skills & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electronics & Communication or related field

• Experience: Minimum 2 Years of Training Experience in relevant field

• Strong knowledge in Electronics, Robotics, Artificial Intelligence (AI), and 3D Printing

• Proficiency in programming languages such as C++, Python, Scratch, etc.

• Experience in team handling and mentoring roles

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work under deadlines and in dynamic environments

• A learner’s mindset with a passion for innovation and education

• Willing to work in or relocate to Guwahati
