Key Responsibilities: Edit and enhance videos for social media, training, marketing, and promotional use. Create visually compelling images, thumbnails, banners, and other digital assets. Trim, arrange, and assemble recorded raw material into a finished product suitable for publishing. Add music, dialogues, graphics, animations, and effects to videos as needed. Collaborate with marketing, training, and product teams to understand creative requirements. Ensure brand consistency across all visual content. Manage media assets and maintain an organized library of footage and graphics. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and editing tools. Build brand guidelines for a start-up company. Requirements: Proven experience as a Video Editor and Image Designer (portfolio required). Proficiency in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator. Basic knowledge of motion graphics and animation. Creativity and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Good communication and team collaboration skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with reels, shorts, and YouTube videos. Knowledge of color grading and audio editing. Familiarity with AI tools like Canva AI, Runway, or similar.
