Learnhill Technologies is seeking a dynamic Master Trainer with hands-on QSR experience to lead frontline retail sales training. If you've led teams, trained staff, and know QSR floor ops inside out — we want you.
Design & deliver training curriculum for QSR FOH roles
Conduct sessions on customer service, POS handling, grooming, and upselling
Create roleplays, mock scenarios, and assessments
Track trainee progress and ensure job readiness
Collaborate with content and placement teams
5+ years in QSR
Excellent communication skills
Strong communication, confidence, and classroom presence
Experience in training delivery
