Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an LLM Trainer, located in Salem. The LLM Trainer will be responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive training programs, preparing and updating training materials, and conducting hands-on sessions to train team members on language models and machine learning algorithms. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs to ensure continuous improvement.

• Hands-on experience with machine learning algorithms and language models
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and research skills
• Proficiency in data collection, categorization, and enrichment processes
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
