Location : Pune Job Type : Full-Time Job Description We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic development team. As a Full Stack Developer at Qodequay Technologies Pvt. Ltd., you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our web applications, utilizing React.js on the front-end, Node.js on the back-end, and MongoDB as the database. You will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality software solutions that meet our business needs and delight our users. Key Responsibilities Work on both front-end and back-end development, ensuring that web applications are performant, user-friendly, and secure. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and other developers, to deliver robust and scalable web solutions. Develop and maintain user interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript while ensuring responsive design and optimal user experience. Implement React.js for front-end development, creating dynamic and interactive web interfaces. Identify and mitigate project risks. Create server-side logic and APIs using Node.js, ensuring scalability and performance. Design and manage databases using MongoDB, including writing efficient queries and ensuring data integrity. Implement authentication and authorization mechanisms, ensuring data security. Perform testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to resolve issues and optimize application performance. Collaborate on the deployment and maintenance of web applications and participate in DevOps activities as needed. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, sharing knowledge and best practices with the team. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience). Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer, demonstrating expertise in both front-end and back-end technologies. Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS, React.js, Node.js, and MongoDB. Strong database management skills, including MongoDB. Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git. Knowledge of web servers and deployment processes. Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
