Job Role & Responsibilities

· Perform sampling, testing, and analysis of raw materials, in-process, and finished products.

· Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory instruments (HPLC, GC, UV, IR, etc.).

· Prepare standard solutions, reagents, and ensure proper storage of chemicals.

· Conduct stability studies and maintain accurate records as per SOPs.

· Review and document analytical reports, test results, and Certificates of Analysis (COAs).

· Ensure compliance with GLP, GMP, ISO, FSSAI, and other regulatory requirements.

· Maintain and control documentation including SOPs, protocols, batch records, and specifications.

· Support internal audits, external inspections, and regulatory compliance programs.

· Handle deviations, change controls, and implement CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions).

· Provide training and guidance to staff on quality procedures, safety practices, and documentation standards.

· Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in laboratory and quality systems.

Qualifications

• Education: B.Sc. / M.Sc. / B.pharma / M.Pharma .
• Experience:
• Fresher candidates with strong subject knowledge are welcome.
• Experienced candidates (1–5 years) in QA/QC laboratory roles will be preferred.
