B.Sc, M.Sc, Food Technology, Organic Chemistry candidates can apply
Job Responsibilities
Assist in new product development and improvement
Conduct lab trials, sample preparation, and product testing
Knowledge of food science, formulations, and ingredients
Maintain R&D documentation, reports, and sample records
Coordinate with QA/QC team for product validations
Basic understanding of GMP, FSSAI & food safety guidelines
2. QC – Male (Sanand Location)
Job Responsibilities
Conduct raw material, in-process & finished goods testing
Operate lab instruments (pH meter, moisture analyzer, etc.)
Maintain test reports, logs, and COA documentation
Perform product sampling and maintain lab hygiene
Report deviations, assist in CAPA activities
Knowledge of FSSAI standards, GMP & basic food safety
3. QA – Female (Sanand Location)
Job Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with GMP, BRC, FSSAI & Food Safety Standards
Prepare and maintain SOPs, work instructions & QA documentation
Handle internal audits, external audits & certifications
Manage non-conformance, CAPA & deviation reports
Verify hygiene, sanitation, and plant quality standards
Coordinate with production for quality improvement activities

Good communication skills
Strong documentation ability
Understanding of Food Safety, GMP, BRC & FSSAI
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing setup
