Job Description

Position: R&D Executive – (Female) Apply on mail Location: Ahmedabad Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹28,000 CTC Key Responsibilities: Conduct research for developing new food products and improving existing ones. Perform experiments, trials, and shelf-life studies to ensure quality and stability. Prepare and maintain detailed documentation, formulations, and test reports. Work closely with Quality, Production, and Marketing teams to align product goals. Ensure products meet regulatory, safety, and hygiene standards. Assist in sourcing ingredients and evaluating new raw materials. Stay updated with food trends, market demand, and innovation in the industry. Candidate Requirements: Education: B.Sc / M.Sc in Food Technology / Food Science or related field Skills: Strong documentation and research skills Knowledge of FSSAI and food safety norms Hands-on with lab trials and formulations Good communication and teamwork Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Morning shift Supplemental Pay: Joining bonus Performance bonus Yearly bonus Work Location: In person
