Job Title: R&D Chemist

Experience Required: 0–2 years in cosmetics industry
Salary Range: ₹2.4 LPA – ₹4.0 LPA
Educational Qualification:

• B.Tech in Cosmetics, B.Pharm (Pharmaceutics)
• M.Tech in Cosmetics, M.Pharm (Pharmaceutics)

Key Responsibilities:

• Development and optimization of new cosmetic products and formulations according to client requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of formulation processes, testing results, and changes to formulations for compliance and future reference.
• Stay updated with the latest trends, technologies, and regulations in the cosmetics industry to introduce innovative solutions and improve existing products.
• Work closely with clients, management, and cross-functional teams, including production, quality assurance, and regulatory teams, to ensure smooth product development cycles.

Qualifications & Skills:

• B.Tech in Cosmetics, B.Pharm (Pharmaceutics), M.Tech in Cosmetics, M.Pharm (Pharmaceutics).
• Strong understanding of cosmetic chemistry, formulation techniques, and raw materials used in the cosmetic and personal care industry.
• Strong focus on quality, precision, and adhering to standards in formulation and testing.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and contribute to collective goals.
• Good verbal and written communication skills to collaborate across departments and document results accurately.
• Ability to approach challenges creatively and work towards efficient solutions.
• Eagerness to learn new skills and technologies in the rapidly evolving cosmetic industry.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
